♡ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All orders leave our office in 3-5 business days, shipping is then another 3-5 business days after this.

♡ HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your label is printed! Please allow 24 hours for the information to be updated by the shipping provider.

Standard shipping is available for $4.99.

We ship all our items USPS First Class.
♡ CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Heck yes you can! Idk about you, but tracking my new package is my favorite thing to do! It's like Christmas when you see that "delivered"!
Your tracking number will be sent to you via the email you used to purchase. If you don't seem to get it (because you knowww sometimes these dang computers mess up or they end up in spam) just email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you the tracking in a jiffy!
♡ I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS AND MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED...WHAT DO I DO?
Shipping information cannot be changed or updated once the order has been processed and shipped from our facility. Please triple check that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
♡ MY PACKAGE IS LOST WHAT DO I DO?
We're In This Together is not responsible for any lost packages. Customers should first call their local carrier and ask to speak with a manager to find out any information. If they still can't find it please file a claim with your specific carrier and they will get it all sorted out for you!
♡ ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTES
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.
Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions, or general carrier delays/issues.

All you have to do is send us back the empty bottle and we will refund you!
